    Why can't I get into my xbox 360 account online on my phone?


    I have already got a xbox 360 account associated with my xbox but I have a Microsoft account too. Well because of my Microsoft a new xbox 360 account has been given which I'm waiting for 3 games to be refunded but I can't log into my real xbox 360 account using my phone. All accounts are using the same email address. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me as its so confusing?

    If I may ask, did you get an error code when you were unable to log in?

    Were you able to log into your account on the Xbox console or PC?

    Were you trying to log into the Xbox app through your phone?

    In the meantime, if you're using a Microsoft account, try resetting its password and log back in again with the new password. Otherwise, try logging in on another device.
