why cant i get into my accout?

this isnt fair at all tho iv tried for so long now that iv moved onto pc and i cant even use some of my things like my fornite accout that had £1000 spent just like over the years i spent £10.000 if not more can u pass this higher up and just see if it can get changed or even if they can look at it again and tell me why

I have the same problem it just says that the service has a service alert i cant play any game it just wont let me play or it freezes on me i can sign in to my accout and talk to people but cant play any games can someone help
