    Some games can be moding, anothers can't. You want to get in touch with game developer support.

    Only people that use the console for developing purposes should do that

    I think you have to pay 19 dollars for that, right?
    There is a one off payment for Developer Mode yes. As for the application itself, we can't answer questions on it here. You'll need to get this support elsewhere. It must only be added via Dev Mode.
