    Why can't I get ANY help for my xbox error 0x800705b4?


    Having purchased worlds on the Minecraft Marketplace, they are continually stuck on a 'download' status, unable to be cancelled or played. The money has come out of my account though.

    Minecraft dungeons also won't load.

    I am SOOOOOOO frustrated trying to access any help. Call back never works, I'm always being told there is an error on Microsoft's side, try again after sometime (whatever 'sometime' might mean); can't find an email help address; no use calling the number - just says it's online; NO option for my issue through Xbox help. Absolutely appalling that I can't get any help from Microsoft. My next step - sell the damn Xbox and get something else.

    Sorry to hear that you're not able to play something right now.

    May I know if you tried all the troubleshooting steps from this article?

    If yes, when you performed the power cycle step. Did you tried power cycling your internet router as well?

    And, if you already tried something else (besides the steps provided in that article)

    Please tell me what else did you do

    This is to avoid giving you the same troubleshooting steps

    Really think I went out of my way to post here into the void without already trying the items listed in this forum for the error code, done it all my systems are all fully up to date and the apppackage didn't change anything.

    Afterward it then gives 0x800705b4 then if i try again i get the 0001 error again, then do the apppackage again, then i get the 705b4 error again, and they just go back and forth.

    Everything for the 0x800705b4 error is for a console and I'm not using a console, not to mention I just get it once then it cycles back to the other error message as mentioned above.
