Why can’t I get a refund?

I’ve been gaming with Xbox for years and I finally really got agitated after having to buy gta 5 and the Witcher over like twice because for some reason they disappeared off my console yo now not being able to get a refund because I played the game?…I can’t understand how that’s possible after only owning it for 2 days and playing maybe 6-7 hours when it says I can get a refund after 14 days also find it funny that the games not in my owned games section and in the Microsoft store says it’s not playable on my device lol but I’ve yet to be refunded my money spent lol I feel like this new format of not being able to talk to a person paired with faulty store actions on the console are basically saying “eh whatever” to us as customers..makes me really angry especially with the fact that the games removed from my owned games and says it’s not playable on my device lol feels like Microsoft and game developers found a way to scam us…I just want my money back and honestly this made me consider a ps5 lol I genuinely feel disrespected by this, lol I’m not even going to lie being out 64$ because of a “play then can’t get a refund” makes me really mad, there’s no way to tell if you like something if you don’t try it so you guys figured out a way to make sure we are out our cash with no way of fixing the problem lol you guys a basically GameStop now

Same here I played a bit of the campaign and realized Activision released trash again and refused my refund request

I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm using PayPal to fight back. Microsoft has a 14 day refund policy but what's weird is that the game isn't even out yet.
