    Why can't I game share ?


    Can a Xbox Series S game share with a Xbox One, of course given that the game is not a Series X\S version, because I'm facing difficulties doing so. I have tried removing accounts and adding them back and its been 24 since I first attempted but still no change.

    May I know if it appears in your Microsoft account order history with the status completed?

    If maybe you're not able to see the game listed there make sure to change the filter "ordered within" to "all available", and if you have more than one email address check the order history on each one.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to game share in your Xbox One console properly. If the game that you purchased on your Series S isn't the X/S version and just the regular Xbox One version you should be able to download it in the Xbox One as soon as you add the profile that owns the game and you download the game using that profile.

    May I know what happens exactly when you try to install or search the game on your Xbox One?

    Or the game doesn't appear in your owned library?
