    Why can’t I find my games I had for years. Does it have something to do with Xbox ultimate...


    I’ve had many games took from me, these games I actually paid for digitally, through the Microsoft store , then out of nowhere, I think it something to do with either my ultimate subscription coming to an end or me switching my home Xbox to a Xbox one S. Or did Xbox just made a mistake with my rights to some of these games.

    This didn’t work because the Xbox is already my home Xbox

    Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

    Do either of the following to change the status of your console:

    To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

    Trouble getting other accounts invited to Xbox ultimate subscription

    Thanks for the help but I’m still having issues, the account with the Xbox ultimate is set at a younger age and there are specific games I can’t get because it’s at a younger age and it is saying my account does not have Xbox ultimate.

    If it can’t be reverted and I prepaid for a year then why did I have to pay full price for Ultimate if it is a bundle wouldn’t i only have to pay for half?
