Why can’t I file share 2k20?

I think the problem might be my card because i have no money on it but it is backing up my NBA 2k20 Pre order so i can’t remove it but i don’t know why that would affect the purchases with the money on my xbox. Does it have to be backing up the pre order
because i bought it with the money on the xbox not my card?

Usually this should not be a problem i do it many times with my game sharing partner but as already mentioned this could be a thing of 2K not allowing it but i never had that happen to me with any games.

Hey guys installed 2k20 on a new pc but im missing mycareer files. Anyway to get them back? 2k support isnt helping either.
