Why can't I earn some game pass points from stealing cars in grand theft auto 5?

Not sure if this helps. Stealing cars is when you walk up to a parked car and your character breaks the car window. Walking up to a car with someone driving it and pressing the Y button to throw them out dosen't count as stealing.

I try it. Still not giving me points for walking up a parked car and break the car window before stealing it.

The rewards form is not working 😟.

I too ran into a similar problem. No amount of stolen vehicles would register/count towards the quest. This was while playing Online mode.

After 2 days, I switched to Story mode and they now seem to be registering/counting. It is not stated in the quest info, but I can only assume the quests only count while in Story mode.
