What device or platform are you using to try to download the game?

Please note that the game is in preview state which means it's a work in progress and it's expected to encounter some issues when playing it or downloading it as well.

Thank you. Let's try to install the game using your Xbox app on mobile.

First, enable the remote features on your console.
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Go to Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features.
Select the Enable remote features checkbox.
Under Power options, select Sleep.

Once done, sign in your account to your Xbox app on mobile. Find the game and check if there's an option to install it to your console.

Try to power cycle your console if it doesn't work. Press and hold Xbox's power button for 10 sec. Unplug the power supply for 30 sec. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

I have had this issue before and after power cycling I no longer received that pop up screen.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to
power cycle the console. It is good to do this once in a while. Once you turn it back on try the game. If it continues go to settings>system>storage>clear local save. Only do this if you are connected to the internet. Reason being is you will be redownloading
the cloud save.
