    I got the same thing trying to download gta 5 multiplayer update.

    Installation Stopped! (0x8007000f) GTA 5

    I've been downloading gta 5 for over a full 24 hours. I'm still just at about 73% then it started downloading the update too and that's only at 49% yes I started the game when it said ready to play and that's why it started the update, but it's doing both
    at the same time. It's been over 24 hours of this and it's completely ridiculous.

    Hi, What are you asking, if GTA 5 has updates? yes it does, and if you are downloading the game from Xbox Live, then the updates will download with it.
