why cant i download security breach on pc if i have it on xbox

i used to not be able to find security breach ANYWARE on the xbox app (on windose ofc) but when i fond it i didnt allow me to play it. i dont want to have to pay another $30 just to play on pc microsoft pleeese fix this

Steam is entirely separate from Microsoft and Xbox. Just owning an xbox version of a game does not automatically entitle you to the PC version for free.

If you want this for PC, you'll need to buy it again for that platform.

Do you mean 'Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach'? If so, I'm afraid this game is not available for purchase directly from Microsoft for PC. If you want the PC version you will need to buy it on Steam.
