why cant i download on my xboxone

Don't worry we will fix this together. Please make sure you can sign in all your profiles. Let's try to restore the console back to factory defaults but we will select keep my games and apps so it won't remove your games and progress.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Settings

- Select System

- Select Console info & updates

- Select Reset console

- Select Keep Games and Apps

Same problem were. Free game cant download asking for credit card. Fix or i m seeling my 2 xboxone and going for ps4.

I have a similar problem... today I want to download Dirt Showdown xbox360 to my xboxONE from games with gold... but it asks me for the payment details.... why?? if it is free?? ...I have a 1 year gold membership, it expires 23-may-2016

And I had no problem downlading Killer Instinct xboxONE from games with gold... it just downloaded and it didn't ask for anything

No it wont sorry the xboxone controller is designed for the xboxone not for the 360. XBOXONE also cant play 360 games because its not backwards compatible.

im not bashing the xboxone just want clarification thats all 90% of my gaming is on xbox just look at my profile but if i cant play the games i buy on multiple consloes under one roof (same internet connection) without paying extra money why would i buy
