If that's correct, please try this:

1. Sign out from your account on the Microsoft Store

2. Reset the Microsoft store cache using the wreset.exe command.

3. Double check if everything is up-to-date via Windows Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update, also check for Updates via Microsoft store

4. Once everything is up-to-date, sign in with your account on the Microsoft Store

5. Finally, open the store > tap on “My library” one more time > tap on the “Games” filter > tap the little cloud with the arrow icon.

Hi, I have a Samsung tablet. I haven't checked the library thing but will do now. It didn't have a library item for Gummy Drop. The store says "you own this game" but I can't find it anywhere on my system! ARGH!
