Why cant i download call of duty black ops 3 on my pc?

When i got the game it said to download it on my console but, I want it for my pc not my console so I don't know what to do. I click the install on and it just says learn more and i click it and it says to download it on my console?

If you bought it from Xbox then you bought the console version. That game is not available for PC through Microsoft. You'd need to buy it somewhere that sells it for PC.
