Why can't I contact xbox support, feel like I've been left out to dry

I'm sorry you're having this kind of negative experience, as the refund was denied you can contact the Microsoft refund team, you will respond to the email you received where it says your refund was denied, please provide as much information as possible, so that the response team can better analyze your case, by doing this you will initiate an appeal and they will analyze it again. We in the community are just members and players just like you, we do not have access to Microsoft's payments area.

Game Room Forum? No sign of it..ive contacted support about this issue twice now...

We have (the previously active Game Room Retro Community posters) been left out to dry, ignored repeatedly (despite very polite requests for info and updates...) then dropped like a Hot potato..not what I would expect from a huge corporation like Microsoft...not
good enough guys...wheres the Customer Service?

Sorry if you feel like this doesn't resolve the issue but Xbox support can't give you access to the game servers, that's why you should contact the developers, remember that cheats are not the only reason for bans

That's why I'm talking about.. old users don't have the opportunity to change gamertag, I've been paying gold membership for 3 years and it feels like xbox support doesn't care about their members. All I got every time I contacted them it's automated answers
that doesn't solve my problems.. Really disappointed.
