I have the dame question.

I bought Halo Nightfall and Halo The Fall of Reach on Halo Channel platform but now I can’t access to content I bought.

I contacted with Halo Support and said that I should contact with Microsoft Support, they said that can’t doing nothing and should contact with Halo Support and again said should with Microsoft Support. And again, and again, and again.

Nobody solve this and I can’t access to content I BOUGHT.

May be this could be a fraud?
