    Why can't I connect to Xbox Live while in a game on my Xbox 360?


    Whenever I am in a game on my Xbox 360, my account disconnects from Xbox Live, and won't let me log back in. Whenever I go back to the dashboard, everything is fine and my account logs back into Xbox Live. I have 3 Xbox 360 consoles, and this issue appears in some form on all of them.

    Disappeared game

    You shouldn't loose your progress if you've been playing while the console has been connected to Xbox Live (the internet, the console should automatically connect to the Xbox Live servers while it's connected to the internet).

    I can't tell you why the game deleted itself unfortunately.

    You should be able to simply reinstall the game via the ready to install section.

    Can't Connect to xbox live.

    I seem to have the same problem as many others. My xbox 360 is connected to the internet but can't connect to xbox live. After a while, I can connect to xbox live. But awhile ago, I disconnected from XBL again. I realise this keeps happening quite often
    lately, which really sucks. I know the problem can't be with my internet connection because I can use the web browser just fine on my laptop.

    UPDATE*

    so I got around the issue of downloading my account by plugging the Xbox directly to the router. Now the issue is when I switch back to wireless, I can't connect to Xbox live in the 360 emulator while being connected on the Xbox One itself.
