    Why can’t I connect my Xbox to my wifi anymore ?


    I cant connect my Xbox to wifi when I have done before with no problems. It says “cant connect to your wireless network” and hardware problem.

    I will share a thread about this issue that might help you:

    Please follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    Series S won’t connect to home WiFi

    Whenever I try to connect to my WiFi it just says it can’t connect. I also can’t connect to a wired connection as my Xbox is on the other side of the house as my router. I also only have my controller plugged into the Xbox.
