Why cant i connect my ps5 to microsoft for minecraft?

I dont have a single microsoft account connected to my psn and i have never connected my microsoft to any psn account before. I even made TWO microsoft accounts to try to make it work but nothing does. Ive even tried the generic responses of “reset password” or “double check this or that” but it just wont work. Its been the same for about four years now, even when i was on ps4. Absolutely nothing works. I always assume it’s something with the servers at the time so i wait a bit and forget but when i remember it still says “failed to login” and claims the microsoft account i tried to use was already linked to a pan account even though i JUST MADE THE ACCOUNT!

Kamikazi9901, Microsoft does not keep a record of the sites where the user links an account, so you should check directly with Minecraft support and PSN support. Only they can determine the account associated with your profile within that platform and game.

Thanks but may I ask why xbox is in the URL when I'm trying to gain him access to Minecraft on a PS5 with a Microsoft account?

Microsoft is trash, I wasted money to play minecraft on my PS5 for nothing cant even play with my friends. And talk about terrible customer support, they left you hanging they didnt even help you fix the problem, Im also having that problem. Screw you Microsoft.

So I'm linked into the Ps5 account? And I'm not trying link another Microsoft account to my ps4, I'm trying to get into my Microsoft account that have my Email address linked to it.

I just don't understand why minecraft Microsoft account can't be unlinked? I'll have to pay for another minecraft Microsoft account if I can't get my original email address that I've veen using.
