Why can't I connect my PS account to my Microsoft account when I've done it before?

Sorry to hear about that, however, please note that linking is only being done in game, thus, when you link your PSN to a Microsoft account, even if you unlink it in game settings, there's no way to link your PSN to a different Microsoft account and vice versa.

Yea I've done that. Same live account as my Xbox. And it didn't prompt me to do anything when I signed in. I know why your talking about though it's done that before but that's when I update my Xbox as well as my live account so they both match.

i am sorry but you can't set another Microsoft-Account as alias to change the email adress.

i have tried this but error, so:

How can I change the connected Microsoft account with another Microsoft account without loosing all Games and achievements on XBox Live account ?

What do you mean by new PS account? I've got a PS account created back in July, around the same time I got minecraft. I've never played it though as it won't let md connect any microsoft account.
