    I’ve been given a replacement code by Microsoft (not the standard 25 digit code) as a replacement but can’t speak to anyone if I try to speak to a virtual agent it asks me to sign in (which I already am) then nothing can’t log in, talk to a virtual agent or request a call, seems a very poor system

    Just, How do I contact Microsoft support. There seems to be no option for that.

    The only way that I have figured out on the web when you go to support.xbox.com/contact-us and click on account under where it asks what type of problem you are having.'

    click on get started for the virtual chat

    then type in talk to a rep 2 times it will then give you a choice to either chat with a live person or have someone call you back

    I am trying to request a call but whenever I enter my phone number it always says 'Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it.' even though I'm requesting when they're available.

    If you mean the virtual agent no I clicked on 'Request a call', the virtual agent won't be able to help me with my problem.

    Yeah that link kept going in circles. Talk to a virtual agent until you get the, talk to a human. Click the box and then, back to a virtual agent again. So not really a customer support link.

    The xbox Live Support page is complete broken now.

    If you click more options (or no, thanks) underneath the virtual assistant you can bypass the virtual agent and chat with support or request a call back.
