If yes, kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

- Use different devices and network services.

Then try to access your Xbox privacy settings according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/help/famil...ttings by selecting View details & customize.

Select your Gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & Online Safety.

Note: You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved."

Is it possible that the account that you're trying to change the settings on could be a child account? If that is the case then you would need to long onto an adult account and add the child account to its family to be able to adjust the settings for the
