Why can’t I change my Xbox one gamerpick?

Due to changes from flood of people on the xbox services the option to change your profile picture was turned off for a period of time, it is being restored soon

the gt and gamerpick change are temporarily out of service.

When you say that you can’t change it anymore, are you saying that you were able to change it with this account in the past and you no longer can? Just want to make sure.

Is this a custom profile picture that you are trying to upload?

Have you tried removing the account from your device, signing in and then trying it again?
