Why cant i change my Profile picture on the Xbox app anymore?

So far, the new app doesn't have an ETA on when or if the ability to change your profile pic will be returning. You are still able to change it though via a non-updated version of the app, your Xbox itself (Saving an image to it or using a USB), or using
the PC app. Do note though that if you use your PC app or System itself, the image has to be 1080x1080 in order for it to work.

It's a server issue. It's happening to everyone. All you can do is wait for it to be fixed.

Additionally, if it's not a picture of yourself the one you want to add, could you share the picture you want to use?
