Why can't I change my profile pic on the Xbox App?

    Why can't I change my profile pic on the Xbox App?


    I've tried changing this for a while now, three computers' I have used. I have checked the XboxLive code of conduct. It doesn't violate it. Please help. Whenever I enter my photo, it says next, so I click it. Then I get this message "Sorry, we can't upload
    your picture right now. Try again in a little while." So I waited a day. And I'm not banned from XboxLive. Is the server down? Why can't I change my profile pic on the Xbox App? :(

    If you are trying to upload a custome gamerpic, the feature has been disabled for the foreseeable future due to the servers being at their max at the moment due to the recent world events that everyone is facing. More info on the support page here

    Hello im Tony with the Xbox ambassador program part of your problem might be that you arent old enough or that your devise no longer supports the app or maby you need to update your age in the Microsoft account settings

    Currently a lot of people stay at home during the Corona pandemic and playing on Xbox Live. A lot of people are also trying to customize their gamerpics, and since these are always moderated and checked by a member of the Enforcement Team, they are just
    overwhelmed by the amount of Gamerpic changes.

    That, combined with the fact that the Enfocement Team is also understaffed because of Corona precautions, they temporarily stopped people from being able to update their Gamerpic.

    Please wait a few weeks, and they will re-enable the feature.
