Why can't I change my gamertag?

    Why can't I change my gamertag?


    I want to use the gamertag "Jkhorvschki". It won't let me and it won't tell me why. It just says no. This is a name I've been using for years in various games, it is not offensive, it is not an anagram, it's just a random name I came up with years ago.

    This gamertag isn't allowed. Try a different one.

    I want to change my gamertag to "LimJinn" I think I can't change because I have used "LimJinn" to register ".onmicrosoft.com" account. But this account is mine. Is this why I can't change gamertags?

    I'm trying to tell you this has been happening for weeks. So I've been waiting for some time, and nothing is working. But your support team doesn't seem to understand that. I've done everything asked, but it just doesn't work. Do you have any other solutions?
