    It just says uploading, then never changes the picture.

    It's a server issue. It's happening to everyone. All you can do is it for it to be fixed.

    I'm sorry to hear that, but it the server was overloaded with everyone trying to change their custom or non-custom profile pics due to the recent pandemic. You might be able to change it now, I've heard more people are able to change it now; but if you
