    Why can't I change my family online saftey settings


    I have a problem with changing my online and saftey settings, when I do try to change it gives me an error that the page is not found. I have tried methods with Microsoft family settings like adding my main child account to a adult account then using that adult account to change my settings for me but I still get no page found error. Why is that?

    I’m currently experiencing the same inconvenience, additionally I’m experiencing a similar problem when I try to review my privacy settings. It’s likely to be a temporary issue with these features.

    I encourage you to wait a couple of hours before trying to change your privacy settings, or until tomorrow.

    No man im 30 years old have an adult account. ive managed to work it but it asks for my family settings pascode every time even with family settings turned off.

    Also just noticed my youtube saftey mode is set to strict how do i change that?

    This page has some details on where to change the Privacy and Online Saftey Settings.

    I'm a bit confused about you saying you can't change the settings?
    If your birthday is set correctly     then there may be some restrictions or default settings for your account, that change with what region you're in, based on your age group. Outside of that, if you're in a Microsoft Account Family, an adult account would
    have to change the settings for your account.

    If you're account is of adult age, you should be able to make those changes.

    Can you let me know what error you're getting, or why you're unable to change the settings?

    click were it says safety mode, then highlight off!
