Why can’t I change my country/region?

You can change regions only if:

-You have moved country.

-If you are already in a different region than the one that has been established in your console account, if it is a temporary region, you are advised not to make the change.

To change the region on your Microsoft Store account, you must keep in mind that you will not be able to use the purchases you made in the previous region in the new region, in addition, as the balance you have cannot be transferred to the new region. Keep in mind if you just created the acocunt you must wait till 3months passes to change regions the tool can only be used every 3months this includes from the start of your account

Wondering if you can change to the eligible region/country to claim the subscription but i’ve seen that my location is set to the US and can’t claim it.

If you can’t change country or region, it might be for one of these reasons:

• You changed the country or region within the last three months.
• Your account is suspended. For example, the credit card on a subscription has expired, or your subscription has a balance due.
• You’re legally a minor in your current country or region and won’t be a minor in the new region, or vice-versa.

I registered my wife’s account in the same region as me. But I can’t activate the gift. And I can’t buy a game in my region either. Error in the screenshots. I have not paypal in my country.
