    Why can't I change a color on Xbox one x controller?


    I order a customized controller for xbox one x on Tuesday morning. I notice there was color problem on my D-pad I called and tried to see if they can change it before they ship it out but I was told they can't change it or I cant cancel my order. I just
    fork out almost 100 dollars foe this thing and they cant fix on color. Why cant I change it or cancel it? Unless I am told the wrong information. Help please.

    I can understand your frustration with ordering a controller. Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, normally you can change your order depending on the length of time between ordering and you contacting them. It's quite possible that the order
    may have already been slated so a change or a cancel of your order wasn't possible. There is an option to check the controller specifics before you place the order.

    I am sorry to hear this happened, that is unfortunate, i wonder if it was because they were to far in the process of customizing the controller that there was no way to stop it. Just a thought and my own opinion on the matter. And you called Microsoft/Company
