    why can't I case review my sons suspension


    HI.

    My son received an abusive message and after replying to message to ask who it was . reported the message for bad language and abuse. My son has now received a 6 month communications ban. I would like to open a case review and having read all the information
    available it says i should be able to do this from my main account. Going into enforcement history I do not have the option to review. This seems a very excessive suspension and I would like to receive more information. Please help

    Problem chat party after ban

    Ya why do all these people keep saying you can submit a case review. My suspension was probably a day suspension and because of this glitch I can't sunmit a reciew because my suspension is ovr.

    Suspension of that length are either done because of the severity of the offence itself or because of multiple bans in the past.

    Sorry, but no one here can address issues dealing with enforcement actions.

    You're told why in the email sent to you & on the enforcement site.

    You can also "fight your side" by asking for a case review.

    The only reason you can't do this on a 24 hour suspension is because by the time the case is reviewed the suspension would be over.

    If 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for case review, how do you know what you did wrong? My son has no clue what happened and wants proof as to why he is being suspended. I there a way to find out? Thanks

    I got my device suspended for 30 days for no apparent reason

    It's a device suspension, it says you can't submit a case review for device suspension. That and the history is clean so I can't submit a case.
