Why cant i buy minecraft in bosnia and herzegovina

Since im located in bosnia and that is set as my region for paypal and everything but there is no option for bosnia in microsoft regions when buying minecraft. Any solutions?

Same thing in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Can see it on the banner but it's not available to install.

And I am another one with same problem. Can't "buy" Rainbowsix with Gold, but with same credentials I got other games. Also I can't buy Gear of War 3 and Deus Ex Human Revolution with same error, but I regularly bought Metro and Witcher 2.

I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina and there is no mine region, I tried with USA or UK region but no solution.

This ia quite frustrating, here you go take "free" game for your subscription, but you can't use it, here you big summer sale, but you can't buy what you want.

Please give a solution, don't push us to Sony...
