Why cant i buy black ops 2 with the gift card i bought

Where are you trying to by it? The Microsoft account balance can only be used for 360 content on a 360 console.

just preorder halo 4 or black ops 2 or w.e there and pay for it in full.

if you are a reward zone gamer unlocked member thing you get $20 gift card when you preorder then buy select games I think the gift card is issued around December though.

I also have this problem on call of duty black ops. I do have a gold membership and just bought a other 30 day card why is this coming up, this profile cant play on xbox live

Hello I am having an issue where I used 2 fifteens to buy stuff and then I bought a 25 dollar gift card and its say it doesn't work for my purchases and i cant put my card back in

I go to buy black ops 1 on xbox one store and it says "At the moment this cant be bought on Xbox One"
