Why can't I buy any game on the Xbox store I've use different account and it tells me the same thing which is to contact Microsoft

Xbox live account banned

My xbox live account has been banned after I tried to buy some games in the on line store several times. My credit cards are okay and I use it normally. I don't know why it isn't working on the xbox store.

I called the support via phone and they could not tell me why this happened and advised me to write on this forum.

What happened? Do I have to make another account? An why couldn't I buy the games on the online store with my credit cards?

They haven't shut down any regions store on the 360.

I'm in the U.K. & easily use the store on the xbox 360.

Considering you also need the xbox 360 store to buy backwards compatible games on a xbox one then why would they shut it down?

it would seem that I can't actually buy Xbox store content anywhere I go, I can't seem to make it not want American billing information despite being in Vancouver it always defaults to trying to charge US amounts and going to US stores despite me not having
this issue when it comes to Xbox one content

Hello, i bought Hogwarts Legacy in the Xbox store and played for a couple of days suddenly i get the error code that i don't own the game i've contacted Xbox support and Microsoft Support and they tell me i had to wait it out but i still can't play the game. I've done resets after resets, deleted my account different times and i still have this problem. I really could use some help!

There is no problem If You buy any game on Microsoft Store or Xbox Marketplace on website, because it's all linked to Xbox Store and your account, but You have to use the same account to have access to any game You buy on website.

If you bought the game in the past on the Xbox 360, make sure you sign in with the same Microsoft Account email that you used back then to buy the game digitally.

If you use a different Microsoft Account email, the store can't know that you are the same person with a different email, or if you are a completely different person with a different email.

Since every digital purchase is tied to your Microsoft Account, you need to sign in with the account that originally bought it on the Xbox 360.

If you still have the disc, simply insert the disc to play it.
