Why can't I build my percent by pre-ordering

I feel I feel horribly wrong knowing that I paid just as much for a game as everyone else when I preorder it but I can't count any of it towards getting more percent back for buying a game especially when I pay the full price for the game to pre-order it
and some people wait until they're on sale why can't I earn percent back on that I made it all the way to 8% back I should receive more than 2% as it is I was here when getting your achievements to a hundred thousand got you extra percent back I'm supposed
to earn extra back but now you guys have changed it why am I only into percent now so stupid that you can change the rules and make it for people who pre-order get cheated I no longer get that extra percent for making 100000 achievement score considering what
it takes to go up and start drinking to get more percentage I would say all my pre orders should count as long as I keep them I should get percentage on those too I'm still buying the games I'm just making it to where it's easier for you guys to make them

Mine was pre-ordered and fully installed to 100 percent.

Then, when I went to launch the game this morning it started "updating" from 0-100 again, currently on 27% after 3 hours!!!!

Someone *** up, pre-orders normally download a small file and then they just go, this thing is re-downloading the whole game.

I was lucky enough to get one by pre-order yes it's expensive but if and when you actually get one you'll understand why, not just the amazing amount of configurations: thumb sticks, paddles and sensitivity adjustments but the actual build and weight of
the thing. But that's why it sold out I guess.

You can't pre-order. Gamestop pre-order is flat out false advertisement. I even got an email confirming my preorder... Got one today that said "rise of iron is available for download."

Went to redeem the code.. Got 30 dollar gift card. Cant use the gift card towards rise of iron. Won't be getting pre-order bonus items. Why is this practice OK?

Unfortunately Microsoft only allows you to pre-order games that have some kind of pre-loading.

Games that aren't in manufacture or close to that point aren't open to pre-orders because the Xbox has nothing to download.

Either it is a fault in the system that Microsoft can't process a pre-order without something being downloaded or they did it on purpose to stop some getting confused why they didn't get anything for their pre-order.
