    Why can't I appeal a gamerpic suspension?


    I recently got a suspension on a gamerpic that I've had on for months now with no previous problems and I can't appeal it even tho I wasn't even given a prior warning.

    Why can't I appeal a gamerpic suspension?

    Some suspensions can't be appealed due to their length.

    By the time the appeal was investigated the suspension would be over.

    Support are nothing to do with enforcement & can not help.

    Your warning is the ToU/CoC you agree to when starting your account.

    I'm not sure why you cant appeal the suspension, if you really want to try you can contact Xbox support

    Hmmmm interesting, that would explain the suspensions for me and my friend, tho simultaneously confused as to who is reporting my gamerpic and why Xbox support staff haven’t responded to my appeals. They should see that a lot of suspension appeals being made and find they’re wrong, but they…haven’t? I wonder if there’s an issue or something with that.

    Well no you can't as they changed the website from locked forums to the current website that's why the enforcement doesnt show

    You cannot appeal any suspension over a year old

    You would have to appeal within the year of the suspension back then it would've been a moderated forums and no there is no second appeal
