    Why can't i access Ubisoft Connect while playing on cloud gaming?


    I am playing Far Cry 6 and i want to open Ubisoft Connect but it just shows error that it can't be open while playing remotely, so how am i suppose to redeem something?

    Hello Kacper, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    The problem here is that when you're gaming via the Cloud going to the other app will close out your game. It's best to have the game installed if you want to access Ubisoft Connect while you're playing.

    No but I don't come from an xbox, I played on Pc since game pass and therefore with Ubisoft Connect, so I have a backup and I wonder why when I launch it with cloud gaming it does not find this backup! While when I launch it normally having installed it on my laptop I find the backup (but I can't play because the computer is not powerful enough hence my desire to go to the cloud gaming)

    Besides, I tried to recreate a game except that I can't change the language of the dialogues! I have access to subtitles in my language but the audio is in English. (see the error attached) As a reminder, I'm only on PC with GamePass and Ubisoft connect.

    Keep in mind she can't access Ubisoft ea play or cloud titles as those a member perks only

    If you are trying to access cloud or ea play or Ubisoft plus you can't as those are subscriber perks only

    You don't

    They only access the games you download excluding ea access cloud and Ubisoft and other perks as they are subscriber only perks

    They can install normal games from.the games.library anything from.ea or Ubisoft can't be used
