    Why can't i access the page to manage my subscription to xbox game pass?


    I cant access the page to cancel my reccurring subscription to xbox gamepass. When i click the manage button in my subscriptions page, it gives an error that says try again later with this code underneath; "TraceId: Tr9c+77r3UG4UHw4.35.636". I have been trying to get access for about two days but nothing changed. How can i fix this?

    Hello, Ron. Thanks for the reply. I have already tried on 3 different browsers (Opera, Chrome and Edge) but no luck. I also tried it via the app but it just redirects to the microsoft web page and same problem occurs. Another thing i tried was turning off and on my router but still nothing. Signing off the account and signing in again also didnt work.
