Why can't I access the Modern Warfare 1 Campaign when I have it installed.

I checked the add ons, as well as the Game Installs section in the Modern Warfare settings, and both of them say that I have the Campaign Pack installed, but whenever I start the game up, all I see is the Warzone 1 and Warzone 2 available. When I click on "Go Offline", it says that I don't have the campaign installed.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

It looks like your unable to play/get the Modern Warfare Campaign Pack even though you have the pack installed on your device. Let's work on this together in finding the best possible option to fix this problem,

To better understand the situation, I would like to ask some questions, such as:

Are you playing it in Xbox Game Pass on PC or Xbox Console?
What have you done so far prior in reaching us out here in community?
Kindly send a screenshot of the information showing that you have the pack installed and the notification that you don't have it insalled.

One possible solution is to try uninstalling and then reinstalling the Campaign Pack. You can do this by going to the "Manage Game & Add-ons" section of the game and selecting the Campaign Pack. From there, you can choose to uninstall it and then reinstall it.

If you are using Xbox Console, you can try clearing the cache on your Xbox One console. To do this, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait for 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning the console back on.
