why cant i access my privacy settings after i have left a family group?

for some reason i cannot access my privacy settings after leaving a family group. i have no idea why this is going on but i have tried on my pc and mobile (i do not have a console) it has stopped me from using things like the auction house and other player created areas in forza horizon 5

It may mean that you’re still a minor and you need an adult/organizer account to manage your settings for you.

The website doesn't allow me to access the privacy page. It keeps redirecting me to this page: Why can’t I change my privacy settings? | Xbox Support

I even removed myself from the family group and got a confirming email.

Did you try to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family/ ?

Can you send me a screenshot of your account on the webpage above showing that you're not on a Family Group?

Because if you're not on a Family Group, you should be able to change your privacy settings and shouldn't receive the "why can’t I change my privacy settings?" message.

i have a similar issue but with the migration to Microsoft accounts, every thing works fine but i cant play multi player. aparently its linked to my privacy settings but i cant access them to change them

how do access my privacy settings?

After a big update (November 13) I cant even get access to my privacy settings on Xbox One. It permanently writes: "There is a problem with the servise. Please try again".

My console is a Home console, there is only my adault account, no family or children accounts.

My privacy settings is custom, not default.

I can get access to them throught the web site. But when I try to change settings the site doesnt want to save them.

Also I have Xbox 360 and it seems fine with privacy settins on it - I can get access to them, change and save them normaly.

Just another word: I can normaly purschase games via my credit card, play it an so on. I cant only get access to privacy options on my Xbox One.
