    Why can't I access my minecraft account?


    Hello,
    My minecraft is attached to my microsoft account. Today, after travelling back to my parents on the other side of the country, I tried to login to my minecraft account on a new computer and on a different ip located far away from where I usually am. I was locked out of my account for 'suspicious activity' and used the recovery email attached to my microsoft account to recieve and input a code. I tried to get back onto my xbox account and it prompted me to add a first name and last name. After doing so I realised I'd created a 2nd xbox live account which didn't have my minecraft on it. How do I recover my original xbox account and play minecraft on my account again?

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.



    Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein you want to know how to recover your first Xbox account as you have noticed that a 2nd Xbox account was created after successfully unlocking your account.



    By the way, you should be able to enter into your primary account without any problems if it was the same Microsoft Account. Can you verify the Microsoft Account associated with your primary account because you might be using a different account.
