Why can't i access my Microsoft Rewards?

This can often be resolved by doing what is called a hard power reset. Follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the console power button for 10 seconds or more until the power shuts down.
2. Unplug the power cord from the console.
3. Wait 10 minutes.
4. Plug the power cable back in.
5. Restart the console.
