Why can't I access minecraft realms on bedrock (pc)?

Minecraft for Windows, as it is, cannot be used on Xbox consoles. However, Minecraft for Windows is essentially Minecraft Bedrock Edition, which is the same edition used on Xbox consoles. Hello, I am having the same issue and I have signed out and restarted my device multiple times and that still didn’t work. Any other suggestions?

You may be signed in under the wrong account since we have manage the settings successfully. Kindly sign out on the game and then sign back in to make sure.
