Why can't change region and date birth

I set my birth date to 2016 by false and now can't change anything like region and date birth

The date of birth on your xbox profile will always be set to the date of birth originally chosen when you created your account. Even if you change the date of birth on your associated Microsoft account.

If you have account restrictions due to the false date of birth then changing the date of birth will not lift those restrictions.

You should be promoted when you reach the correct age for your region. Your parent may be able to make the necessary changes on your console but once the birth date is set it can't be changed.

NOPE, age and region are things that cannot be changed your only choice is to create one with your correct date of birth. but how do you get your date of birth wrong?

Is your child account 18 years old based on the date of birth you originally entered when making the account? If not then that is why it wont change to an adult account. Note that if you changed the date of birth on your Microsoft account that will not change
the date of birth on you Xbox Account. The child-adult upgrade system only looks at the date of birth that was originally entered when your Xbox account was made.
