Why can't anyone help me? (Rainbow Six Siege Codes)

I chatted with Xbox Support yesterday, and they told me to post to the support forum to get my Rainbow 6 Vegas (1 and 2) game codes from my Rainbow Six Siege purchase. So, I posted a thread yesterday (on another sub) and one on this sub this morning. I even
private messaged one of the mods here who told me they could not resolve the issue over private message (even though the issue is resolved by the mods sending a private message as seen in other posts regarding the same issue). It's been quite some time since
I posted, and a number of newer posts regarding similar issues (like game codes) have been answered before mine. Meanwhile, another post with the same issue as me has zero acknowledgement as well. So my question is: why can't anyone assist me (or the other
user) or even acknowledge this issue?

Message Inbox & Email: Nothing regarding codes from either xbox or ubisoft.

i have just bought Rainbow six siege and with it came codes for rainbow six vegas 1 and 2 i have tried to use these codes but it gives me error code Xbos-0x80150017

Hello i have buy rainbow six siege. I have no code for rainbow six vegas 1 and rainbow six vegas 2. I waited 3 weeks ! I will like to receive in exchange the season pass for rainbow six siege.
