Why can you not pay Microsoft bills with Microsoft money

so I recently found out that I was billed for 2 months of xbox live gold and now owe 25.18$ (don't ask how I went 2 months without notice) I have a simple question; why is it that we cannot pay a Microsoft bill such as this with money we have in our Microsoft
account? If I do not have either a paypal or a credit card this would surely be the best way of paying a bill like this (I think anyway)

Why pay for Gold Membership?

It's a question I always wanted answered. Why do we need to pay to get gold to play online games? I mean, Bill Gates, the founder of Microsoft (I think ) is already RICH, so why would he need money for Gold? If Sony lets THEIR members play online games
FOR FREE than I think Microsoft can do it too. C'mon Microsoft!

Cinemanow App

I downloaded the cinemanow app to rent a few movies for cheap for a couple of kids and it's not allowing me to use my Microsoft money to pay for them, I refuse to add a credit card to my account in risk of scams and hacks. I only use Microsoft currency in
these types of transactions. why can I not pay for these movies with the Microsoft money?

Currency has never been a payment option for Live even when the currency was Microsoft Points. MS Points were retired several years ago for the now local currency option.

Users that don't have credit/debit cards or a PayPal account to pay for any subscription service (Live, EA access, Game Pass, etc.)
can purchase specific subscription cards (1, 3, 12-month, etc.
) from retailers and add them to their account. Many retailers offer digital codes which a user would receive to their email and then redeem on their account.

You do not understand ... I pay for the online service directly to Microsoft, but I don’t get access to online ... I paid Microsoft for the service I did not receive ... WG scammers ... Do you want me to solve the problem for my money? This is a

You are paying Microsoft to access Multiplayer functions generally, and Party chat.

It's like saying "I already paid money for my car. Why am I not allowed to go over that toll bridge without paying, and why to I have to pay in some countries to use the motorways?"

Wargaming is running and managing their own servers. They are "separate" from Xbox Live, and therefore Microsoft has no say in who can use what servers.

If you are able to access multiplayer in other games (like Forza, Halo or whatever), then the money you paid for Xbox Live Gold is working.

For everything else you will have to contact the Wargaming support.

Contact your MP as I think there could be a case for Microsoft to answer too, they take your money and then do nothink about all the cheating that goes on,xbox and Microsoft should be liable.You pay good money so why shouldn't you get good service.
