    Why can you not get help from MS, Flightsim will not run


    I bought the digital version of MS Flightsim, downloaded it but will not run, it tries for about 5 seconds then goes back to the PLAY page. The pc is a high end pc well exceeds the min requirements. Spent hours trying to get a response from MS eventually a phone call, but then said they would call me back, and of course they never did, now on the help site the call back is unavailable, i am now stuck with a £60.00 sim that is unusable, I just want my money back and will never buy MS again

    I see, but the only option is to reinstall again and see. Also first uninstall the game from control panel and then install it. This time try to see if any windows security notifications are there or not while installing. Good luck.

    I installed it on C:/games etc…

    Install from the 10 dvd’s takes about 5 hours… 🤦🏼

    Have you checked that you Installed it in your windows 10 and not in your Mac?
