Im sorry for your experience. Microsoft does NOT read your chat logs in full. They will read what the report stated and will look at the last messages you had sent. Their job is to enforce policies so whether he/she violated policies or you did, a suspension will be issued.

Question, did you report the other player?

Of course I report!!! I can put screenshots showing people calling me “b***ch” telling me “v3rga” telling me to “lick their a**” telling me what they did to my mom last night… YET NOTHING HAS HAPPENED”. But this past weekend someone anger messaged me and I said “don’t be mad you got pooped on” and I got banned for 4 days!!!! How is this even remotely fair and consistent? I am almost 100% sure moderation team is beeeyyyyond biased and picks side according to how they feel. How is “pooped on” a ban worthy offense but none of the aforementioned?

You did what you needed to by reporting them. There are all types of people out there. Unfortunately, there are people that like to troll or grief people. These are ones that do exactly what happened to you. The best thing to do when you encounter these
types of people. As all the others stated, report them, do not reply back to any messages they say or type, block them, then ignore them completely.

I don't care what awesome skills or tactics others use. Just so long as everyone is respectful. What I find more annoying than campers are petty insults and jibes about the way people play.

I'm agreeing with other people here and just don't understand why people put themselves in a position to get in trouble. Why use profanity, or send people insulting messages, etc? I've never gotten a single enforcement but I've never used bad language,
sent anyone insults, or anything like that at all. If I've gotten rude messages, which I have, I just ignore it to be honest. I don't spend time reading it, or taking it personal. If, at first glance, it seems like a rude sort of comment, I don't even finish
reading it. I just delete it and it's forgotten about. If the person sends another, and persists with it, I simply block them. They'll never get a response out of me; I don't respond to negativity or drama. I'm on Xbox for fun, and to enjoy gaming. That's
it.
