Why can people mass report you and they get away with it .

Just a gentle reminder that for enforcement actions there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. I’m so sorry but the reason and all details are only available on your end.

I understand this situation is frustrating for you, however, I would like to let you know that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions.

According to the official Xbox website regarding players who mass report another player: "The enforcement team investigates player reports and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision. However, a certain number or frequency of reports doesn’t mean you’ll receive an enforcement action."

If your suspension is eligible for an appeal process, you can file a case review. Here's how:

Sign in and visit the Enforcement page. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the Gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.
After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

Note: Xbox won’t tolerate abusive behavior. When you submit an appeal or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. Case review inquiries are subject to the guidelines that are outlined within the Community Standards for Xbox. Disregarding these rules may result in the closure of your case review. Especially egregious violations may result in additional Xbox enforcement action.

Sorry to hear that mate, Unfortunately any form of retaliation will result in punishment to you also. It is always suggested to block, mute and report this user. You can contact the enforcement team and get a review, but again, you did respond. It's sad,
i know, toxic people seem to get away with it, but in saying that, once you've done your bit of reporting them, it's upto the enforcement team to then sort it out.

If mass messaging makes a comeback I can see a lot of people with enforcement actions against their account for spam; as it should be. I should "suck it up"? Naw, you should, when your communications privileges get taken away. No good reason to mass
message random people.

That is such a terrible setup, so pretty much anyone can just get their buddies to mass-report something and they can ban people for a day with no way to appeal it.

Crazy how they never said why, or even gave proof. So could i technically put up a court case against you? Sounds silly but i was given 0 proof and you didnt deny the fact you keep people who say the hard r or other slurs. Console bans should be able to be reversed if it was a false mass report of people that like to see the world burn. Also people can have discord servers full pf false reports, use x resolver and other sites to dox your users yet, you allow mass false reports and give 0 warning or anything before you shut someone off.
